La Ceremonia del Fuego Nuevo

Los ultimos tiempos han sido de grandes pruebas para nuestro planeta.

Para nuestros pueblos, para nosotros como individuales.

Y a todos los niveles, en cuanto a nuestras propias emociones, nuestras expectativas de vida, nuestra seguridad, pues la economia decadente, la delincuencia, los juegos politicos, las catastrofes naturales, nos han probado y muchos hemos pasado por situaciones extremas, que han ido templando nuestto caracter.

El ano 2012 esta por comenzar. Y es mucho lo que se dice de esos

ultimos tiempos , y tantos han especulado acerca de las profecias

que ese miedo se ha ido impregnando en las conciencias de nuestras

gentes. La era de acuario, la apocalopsis, y la segunda venida,

y por supuesto, todo lo que ha dicho de las profecias mayas.

Muchas personas han aprovechado para tener una cierta preponderancia amarillista, atreviendose a declarar absurdidades, global warming, el fin del mundo y tantas cosas. No es ninguna sorpresa, pues los humanos nos hemos dedicado a abusar los recursos naturales y las ambiciones desmedidas de individuales y companies han

sacado provecho de ellos y abusado de las reservas de la Madre Tierra.

Ahora ella nos responde con terremotos, tzunamis, deslaves y tiempos inclementes,

nunca vistos antes, los climas han cambiado, tanto, que se ha ido perdiendo el ritmo de las estaciones.

Para mas joder, la delincuencia se ha desatado impunemente. En muchos sitios

son las mismas autoridades quienes la promueven.. Los poderosos hacen su cosecha vendiendo armas y organizando guerras, bajo la bandera de proteger la democracia.

Que tiempos los que vivimos.

Y lo que se ve por todos lados, es que nadie quiere hacerse responaible de nada.

Todos esperan que Dios o el gobierno se haga cargo. Asi es mas facil.

Y lo unico que hacen, es quejarse.

Pero no todos.

En la frontera entre Guatemala, y Honduras, en el pueblo de Copan,

Cuna de uno de los mas preciosos antiguos pueblos precolombinos.

Se han organizado, y de manera muy hermosa, han declarado un basta.

De forma creativa han mostrado ese deseo del cambio, y le ahn dado una bella simbologia, honrando sus raices mayas.

En fecha 11 tzi, segun el calendario sagrado maya, se organizo un juego de pelota.

Segun la usanza antigua de los mayas. La pelota de fuego. Dos equipos, de tres jugadores cada uno, en sandalias y con palos y utilizando una pelota ardiente, recrearon ese juego. El libro sagrado maya, el Popol Vuh, cuenta como Hun Ahpu e Ixbalamkej juegan contra Xibalba y les vencen, y de manera simbolica, estos descendientes mayas, vencieron el inframundo,demostrando gran valentia, jugando con esa pelota que peligrosamente, podia quemar sus pies, que sin proteccion , sino que con nada mas que su rapidez y habilidad, brillantemente demostraron al publico, que no hay miedo, y que es posible no quemarse si se sabe como jugar.

Al terminar el partido, y como parte del ritual, se apagaron las antorchas, y quien represento a Yax Kuk’ Mo, antiguo gobernante maya, y ayudado por la abuela,

prendieron el fuego Nuevo. De manera antigua, utilizando el pedernal y la chispa, se creo un Nuevo Fuego que encendio la ceremonia y le dio vida a una nueva simbologia:

El hombre prende el fuego, la mujer lo mantiene.

La energia femenina, simbolizada por la doncella, la madre y la abuela, fueron las encargadas de llamar al Corazon del Cielo, el Corazon de la Tierra, los 4 direcciones y los nahuales del Calendario Sagrado. Los espiritus guias que representan las cualidades que nos guian en la evolucion de nuestro Ser cosmico.

Copan, el eje de equilibrio de las dos Americas en su vortice sanador, abrio esa noche, las puertas a los nuevos tiempos.

Sigamos todos ese ejemplo y comencemos a crear una nueva era,como lo hacian nuestros ancestros, tomando responsabilidad de nuestras acciones, nuestros sentimientos, nuestras palabras. Todo lo que sembramos ahora, deben ser semillas de armonia, de paz, de amor, de respeto mutuo. Y esa es una parte muy importante de la profecia maya y que muy pocos se han atrevido a declararlo. La gracia divina nos permite transformar lo que hay. Podemos cambiar lo que tenemos.

LO QUE SOMOS. En forma individual, seamos responsables de manifestar ina nueva vida, una nueva realidad: armonicamaente, amorosamente y veremos los resultados casi inmediatamente. Hagasmoslo, es nuestra unica esperanza.
Pues somos los que estabamos esperando. Adoptemos esa conciencia y seremos ejemplo para todo el mundo. Como lo fue Copan anoche.

Viaje de Consciencia

Hace poco mas de dos anos cuando vivia en La Antigua, recibi una invitacion. Una joven alemana que me dice que mucha gente en Alemania, necesita un buen mensaje, de sanacion, de esperanza y que cree que yo lo puedo hacer.

Me ofrece que con un taller, podria pagar mi ticket de viaje.

Le digo que si voy.... y pronto lo olvido. Imaginate, a Europa...!

Pero el universo se ocupo de mantener esa memoria fresca.

- Y un par se semanas mas tarde, Jueves, mi vecino, me cuenta

que consiguio un pasaje muy barato con Mexicana de Aviacion. El si se va.

-Que cuanto?

-$600.

-Me voy a mi cochinito, lo rompo y sabes cuanto habia?

Si, cabalito... Asi que a comprar el pasaje...

Poco a poco comienzo a conectarme con gente, hago otro par de trabajos

y junto unos 200 Euros.

Se llega la fecha y me voy, pensando que regreso en 3 meses.

En el avion, sobre el Atlantico, pasamos una gran turbulencia.

Jueves me dice que si el Ahau quiere que lleguemos, llegaremos!

Kodoish Kodoish Adonai Tzebayot.... LLegamos al bello Paris!

Croissants, Montmatre, Jodorowski y mas..... Ceremonia en Fontainebleau!

Visitandola luego, le pregunto a mi hija Cris que vive en Alemania si conoce a algun shaman

y nos ponemos a buscar en el internet. Encontramos a dos. A traves de ellos y otras personas

que voy conociendo en el camino, me voy conectando....

Freiburg, Berlin, Leipzig; talleres, ceremonias, lecturas, Dresden, donde conozco al Codice Maya,

hacemos una visita y una meditacion para reconectar las energias del codice

con el pueblo Maya. Descubro que es un objeto de poder, tremendo, fascinante,

lo veo y lloro, me pongo eriza y lo siento de todo corazon. ~Pedimos por mi gente.

Sigo.... ceremonias por el Nord See, el Ost See, Hamburgo, Frankfurt, Marlburg, se me acaban los 3 primeros meses y me voy a Inglaterra, a Glastonbury... Avery, Silbery Hill,

Un crop circle, Stonehedge, el Craneo de Cristal de Londres que me recibe, sonriendo.

Regreso y nuevas invitaciones y mas y mas lugares, tantos que ya no se.... a los 3 meses se me termina la vida y resuelvo irme a..... la India....!

Y yo que pense ser peregrina, mi cuerpo necesita una cura y encuentro una clinica de Ayurveda y de alli: mas ceremonias, talleres, lecturas.....

Creo que mi camino estaba determinado, predestinado.

Pavimentado para que yo solamente tomara un tren, un avion, un taxi o un jalon en carro,

hasta que monte un elefante! Tambien Sembre un arbol de Banyan, en Sadhana Forest, me quede en una comunidad, en un ashram, en un cuartito, me hablaron en todos los idiomas que no conocia y con el corazon nos entendimos. Me pusieron Aumrakiji, me converti en la tercera abuela, hice ceremonias con ninos, con abuelos, con intocables y con brahmines. En la montanas azules del Nilgiri, en el lago de Tiruvannamalai, con mujeres.... Le hice limpias a Mooji, el guru, y encontre a un gran maestro Shinto. Me sente a los pies del Maestro Sri Ramana Bhagavan y aprendi que yo tambien puedo ser maestra... y alumna.

Y todo. Y nada.

Sone mucho, me encontre con mis antiguos fantasmas e hice las paces con ellos.

Me encontre con nuevos demonios y me pelee con ellos.

Para hacer las paces mas tarde. Y conmigo misma. Siempre.

Ymas personas esperandome, invitandome, compartiendo sus hogares, sus ceremonias, esperando conocer de mi trabajo y activandose, motivandose, renaciendo los sistemas ceremonailes antiguos,

renaciendo las antiguas artes olvidadas, derrumbadas, perseguidas (pero ya no en el ano 2000) y regresando a la conciencia de los antiguos que andan reencarnados por todos lados, escondidos, pero atreviendose a reaparecer,

a regresar a las fuentes sagradas, a darles vida, a darles gracias,

a recibir las aguas benditas, medicinales que andaban abandonadas.

A prender fuegos, a seguir haciendolos; lunas nuevas llenas, solsticios,

equinnoccios, ~solo porque si.....

y siguen las personas despertando, desperezandose, recordando quienes son...

Y los bosques, montanas azules, con desiertos, con nieve, con flores y antiguos circulos de piedras, de hongos, de hadas y gnomos; lugares benditos, lugares malditos

. Harmonizando, sanando, sanandome.

Dias enteros recibiendo gente, y corre y va de nuez en el proximo destino.

Si mi preciosa hermana en la luz,

-Puedo decirte con el corazon ensanchado que si,

mucho mas de lo que me imagine...

no tuve nunca expectativas pero si las hubiera tenido,

este viaje me sorprendio con las aventuras increibles,

con estas experiencias, me senti chiquitita, me senti grandota,

me senti muy sola y en silencio y me senti en medio del ruido,

de la bulla de miles de gentes en gran celebracion. Camine en ese rio humano alrededor

del cerro sagrado. Todos en oracion. Me senti peregrina, desconocida,

me senti muy conocida, admirada y respetada,

hubo quien me quiso poner por los suelos y lo unico que logro

fue darme una gran fuerza, para seguir, para no dejarme apachiguar,

para recordarme que lo que hago no es para mi..... es para mi Madre Tierra. i Si !

Todas las personas que me apoyaron y me ayudaron a hacer ceremonia estuvieron alli,

de todo corazon, lo hicimos juntos, activamos lugares,

lagos, rios, fuentes, montanas y planos,

un observatorio antiguo de hace 7 mil anos y

los sitios donde los nazis exterminaron a miles de personas.

Si, grandes desafios, atreverme a hacer la ceremonia,

aun si veia los efluvios oscuros, terribles y creer que por algo me tocaba a mi,

si era asi, si lo iba a lograr hacer. Y sentir miedo para luego darme cuenta que la luz,

que mis angeles amados, que toda esa energia estaba con nosotros!

y las personas me apoyaron y lo logramos! Hoy, los ninos del lugar se reunen alli:

Y pintan, cantan, juegan!

Maravillosas experiencias de crecimiento: en mis meditaciones en la montana sagrada de Arunachala,

los ojos del guru que me hablan, la estatua que se sentia viva y que a veces miraba que se movia, la visite muchisisimas veces y siempre lo senti asi.

Los cantos sagrados que me unieron con las antiguas creencias, shiva shakti, Durga, Sarasvati, Laxmi, Brahma. Krishna y Rama. Las vacas con dignidad, que cruzan las calles

y todos los carros esperan que pasen!

los mantrams, los caminos descalza con un mala en la mano,

alcanzando estados de extasis, suenos iniciaticos de despertar,

de preparacion para el resto de lo que hay que hacer....

Montanas, playas, caminos, gurus, saddhus, brahmines y gente comun y corriente,

comidas exoticas, disciplina de silencio, ayunos.

Medicina ayurvedica, palmistry, y mas guias que cada uno me mostraba un camino,

- O me llevaba para alla.

Y de regreso a Europa, a caminar los caminos ya caminados, regresando

y siendo recibida con tanto amor, las puertas ya abiertas, las personas esperandome.

Trenes super lujosos, rapidisimos, todo puntual, Quesos exquisitos, el pan, la cultura.

Nuevas puertas que se abren, chapines expatriados en Suiza, Alemania, Austria, de nuevo Inglaterra, Tintagel, Glastonbury, Cambridge y de nuevo al continente, Alemania: Frankfurt, Berlin (Perdi ya el orden????) Sera que me acuerdo de todos los lugares....? Pero si de las personas maravillosas que me apoyaron, que compartieron conmigo sus vidas.

Dresden, Lepzig, Munchen, Viena, Graz, Helsinki: otro documental, Barcelona, cruzando el Atlantico en un lujoso el crucero de regreso a America......(mareada!)

La ceremonia del 11 11 11 sobre el triangulo de las Bermudas, nosotros enel unico barco por alli, rodeados por el inmenso mar, programando las aguas, con frecuencias amorosas,

con esperanzas, resoluciones, con oraciones.

Y aqui estoy, todavia entera, no me queme, aunque llegue cerquita. LO LOGRE !

Y ahora, reponiendome, haciendo nada mas que estar en casa, Yoga. Cartas en Internet. FAcebookiando... Un poco de TV, pasteles, cocinar vegetariana para mi familia, shopping sin comprar nada, de todos modos, mis maleta ya esta llena,

regalando lo que me sobra a mi sobrina, a mi hermana...

guardando mis piedritas que recogi, por alli, en la Cueva de Merlin...

y reorganizandome, preparandome para mi viaje de regreso.

No se mucho de lo que hare, solo se que alla voy, que la ceremona del solsticio es en Copan,

que en Roatan me esperan, asi como tambien en Ceiba, mis amigas nuevas, mis amigas de toda la vida, mis hermanas me llaman y alla voy... "para servir a usted."

Con mi corazon mas abierto que nunca, con ganas de verlas, de abrazarlas,

de platicar, de recordar.... de reconectar. De hablar Espanol, al fin.

De comer frijolitos y tortillas y mangos y a saber que mas.

Alla voy, no se a que, pero se que sigo adelante, siempre caminante!

Mi Madre Tierra es bellisima por todos lados, y adonde vaya siempre encuentro amor!

It has been a wonderful journey accross the Atlantic and I am enjoying the company of my sister in Florida.

Yet my path continues and soon I will return to the land of the Maya, to Copan, where I will be participating in an event in Copan, Honduras, a celebration to honour the "Fuego Nuevo", or New Fire. This important ceremony takes place over 5 days and are dedicated to rebirth and recapitulating the events of the past year. It is also an opportunity to fuel the spirit of fraternity, solidarity and unity!

Hello my dearest ones

I have been inspired to share with you some insights about the moon eclipse we will have on wednesday. This is a "collage" of writings I found, and I really love the idea that we are all together in the co creation of the New Times....!

Many celestial events are occuring that Humanity as a whole is not aware of and these will continue to take place even as the stretching and reaching to higher levels of understanding continues to expand upon your 4^th dimensional World. Many occurrences that defy explanation in both your personal and Planetary constructs will continue to take place and these will help Humanity to make the shift in their awareness to the realization that something BIG is looming before them and that they are required to Awaken and take notice of the events and changes that are before them. There will be a movement forward in the consciousness of Humanity to seek greater levels of understanding in order to comprehend their part in this drama that is unfolding and what is required for them to make the transition from the lower densities to higher levels of thought and practical applications of these new ideas.

These times require clarity of thought, purpose and the will and intention to continue to follow through on your determination to BE the change that occurs upon your World. Stay focused, Beloved Ones, and keep on keeping on!

~ June 15, 2011 - Total Lunar Eclipse (second of three in just one year!) on the full moon in Sagittarius-Gemini

~ July 1, 2011 - Partial Solar Eclipse (new moon in Cancer)

I do know that all sorts of things happen during eclipses. They are beginnings and endings, mirroring what was going on during the last eclipses (a year ago!). We will all most likely feel the effects of these potent alignments. How they affect us depends on where the zodiac signs fall in our individualcharts, and what we continue to hold onto that no longer serves us. In any case, the energies point to intense activation, release, and transformation (what else is new!!)

Stillness, centeredness, releasing all...these are the watchwords. Take as good care of yourself energetically as you do physically by keeping yourself clear and balanced. There are many ways of doing this. Whatever way you choose, this practice goes far in helping to gracefully ride the waves of further change that will be prevalent this summer.

Whether you can see them or not, you’ll feel the effects of these potent alignments. The June 15 lunar eclipse aligns with Galactic Center, and the July 1 new moon solar eclipse forms a volatile Grand Cardinal Cross conjunct the great star Sirius. The June Solstice falls in the middle of all that.

I think it is a wonderful reminder for all of us to be very aware of what is going on in the multidimensional.

The first one, on June the 1, will be, according to the Galactic Calendar of the Maya Time keeping, the 5 Ee, an excellent day

to help us find our center, our power to re create a new path in our lives.

The eclipses are a time to look inward, to heal, release and restructure. To take action on fine tuning with focus on the self. Thus each moment of this opportunity is an offering that will enable your acceleration. This happens first with the Self, and the removal of static facilitates your ability to best utilize this important flow of the 'Wind of Change'. By facing your unique challenges in this movement, you will ultimately gain and grow. But do so in love. Love is ever the key. But love requires strength, and impeccability is defined by being true to your self. Now is the time! Seize the day!

For your life to change, you have to change. No one is going to change your life for you. Life is of your making. And you make it with your thoughts and your hanging on emotions. Get out of the past where you have been living. This is how to change your life. Enough of reliving the past. Come to life now.

Part of the divine grace gifts we are now receiving from the Universe, is to be able to re design our realities,

and as many of us have a feeling about the things, situations, issues we are experiencing are not really the

best, they don't make us feel renewed, satisfied and/or blissful.

And then again, all of this is happening to help us be aware, to heal and evolve.

So this is the opportunity to make a ceremony.

Allow your creativity and the intention of transforming ourselves and our futures be the motivation to

create our sacred space. To be aware of the 7 directions: The HEart of the HEavens, HEart of the Earth,

the 4 directions, and the present moment. have some fire present, a candle (bee wax is the most potent)

incense, an altar...... and the best of your intention.

It will help to be creative about it: have some paper, pen or colors,

to create a nice picture, a poem or simply write a list about all that you would like to transform in your lives.

Important is to respect other peoples free will.

And to be very detailed about what we want, and then, wish it from your heart,

so it will be done for the best of all.

Everything we create from a place of inner unity is imbued with the essence of eternal oneness and love. Writing, art work, inventions – everything created with a unified consciousness holds the power to help shift others to higher dimensions because it carries the codes and keys of inner unification.

All of us deserve the best reality and many places and people on this planet are going through deep transformational

challenges. Mostly fear and the traumatized minds of some have created situations and issues that have become

everybodys concern. We chose to be born in very special historical times -for our whole Universe !

So this is our new opportunity, and as I learned from my son: Everybody deserves a second chance....

So let's take this amazing astrological moment to lovingly create a wonderful new reality for ourselves,

Indian Connections

My beloved,

On this pilgrimage in the south of India, I have found many special things and experiences many special places that remind me of the Maya. In Tiruvannamalai there is a complex of the central temple that is very similar to some of the temples of the Mayan world. I imagine that in the time of the ancient Mesoamericans, there were similar forms of adoration as those that I have experienced in India. The difference is that those who colonized these places did not try to change the religion and did manage to destroy the culture. That is why thousand-year-old temples are still found intact and the Hindus have been able to pursue the traditions of their culture.

In our lands, the “indigenous” (called so because Christopher Columbus thought that he’d found India), were persecuted, assassinated and demonized because of the simple fact that there were figures, paintings and idols of serpents on the temples. We know that in Christian symbolism, the serpent is a demonic creature. To the Maya, the serpent is an indispensable element to the cycle of life : it is the fire!

The most natural way to receive this gift is in the form of lightening and the ancients experienced lightening as a serpent coming from the heavens. It is unimaginable that this simple error of interpretation became responsible for the death of a millions and the destruction of the civilization. In the written reports of the conquistadores, it is said that the fires caused by the burning of the Mayan scripts (the sacred literature) burned for three days and three nights. Some sages threw themselves into those fires and burned along with their sacred books.

Last summer I had the great honour to be present in the Landesbibliothek in Dresden, and to enter the treasure chamber and to personally examine and meditate with the only Mayan book that is still accessible to the public. It is carefully guarded behind glass and there are some formalities in order to gain access to the chamber. When I was in this inner sanctuary, in the presence of the CODEX DRESDENSIS, I felt supremely awed to be able to behold, finally the original drawings of the book that I was fascinated with in my younger years, must be about 40 years ago! In a moment of clarity, I allowed myself to indulge my tears, to “feel” the text instead of just observing it. I have often drawn these images myself, the figures, glyphs and lines, and in so doing, I tried to find so much sense in it as I could only possibly find in re-creating the images. MY great discovery in allowing my hands to feel those energies was that the CODEX is not only unique and marvellous a piece of art, but also an extremely potent power object that left me totally amazed, in awe, overwhelmed. This is why it is called a CODEX!

Later when the guests arrived to participate in a meditation that we had organized (with the help of my good friend Paul), Mamita honoured us with her presence and with her words of wisdom and announced the great significance of our meditation with the CODEX and she allowed us to know the great significance that our meditation would have in creating an energetic bright between the CODEX, ourselves and of our intentions with the Mayan people. Not only that, she announced that much of the information contained in the sacred text is of great significance for the new times to come and that the communications from the brothers of the Galactic Federation, that are supporting us in the great transition caused by the changes of our planetary axis, the solar flames and all of the prophecies of the scholars of the Mayan timekeeping.

The message that Mamita lovingly gives us is filled with peace. She does not speak of tragedy or of catastrophe like some people do by announcing negative and striking statements in order to gain fame or fortune. MAMITA announced the possibility for a new awakening of human consciousness that will lead us to new frequencies and manifestations of our Being in the course of human evolution!

Here in India, I have found confirmation of Mamita's message within the teaching of some of the great Gurus of last century. In those of Sri Ramana Bhagavan, who focuses on the thoughts or the superior mind and in the processes of ascension that are taking place today within those who are seekers of the truth. It is fascinating how the wise civilizations of the earth, being oceans apart, can have so much wisdom in common!

A special experience I had was a visit to AUROVILLE, a city that has been created for the future of humanity by a woman that the locals call The Mother. This community modals itself after our galaxy. There is a golden globe edifice in its centre called the MATRI MONDI, a geodesic dome formed by figures based on sacred geometry y covered with 25 kilos of plate gold. It is such a fabulous sight! I will meditate on this closely and wish to be able to write more about this powerful place and others like it that I have found on my path as well as the revelations that we have received in ceremony, meditation and sacred moments.

Strengthening our Love

Hello my Beloved,

many of you have gone through tough times with your partners and relationships, many of us have tried again and again to find love or refresh love and many of us still wonder what went wrong and why we can’t seem to find and keep the kind of sacred relationship we love and deserve.

We cannot delete love for somebody when a relationship reaches an end. This love only transforms and this transformation can lead to a great friendship or new opportunity. A big mistake with many of our ‘failed’ relationships is that we think that we can delete the person from our lives, from our heart, or, that we can replace one person with another person. We find new friends, new ‘family’, new romances hoping to replace the ones we are unsatisfied with, hoping to delete them or forget. After 15 years of separation, I still think of many aspects of my marriage and I still relate many feelings to those I went through with my ex husband.

The most amusing part of this is that we think that we can leave someone, or get over someone and that we will find another person who will lack all of the faults that we saw in our last relationship… that we will find someone ‘better’, but, in reality, the love we experience is so close to our own hearts and emotional knots, that it accompanies. Thus, we change its face by finding it in another. Remember that person who you tried so hard to keep by your side, and how certain feelings reoccurred even when you’d found another companion who was different than the last, how perhaps your way of dealing with differences and disagreement hadn’t changed. By putting a new face on the objects of our desire and projecting our hopes on them we change the receiver of our emotions. We must learn that our love also provides us with exactly what we need in order to learn, to grow, to evolve- and it manifests itself in our partners.

I invite you to reflect on the love in your heart and in your home. I invite you to enter a stillness, to find the source of this love, the definitions you have for it and moments when it was vulnerable or jeopardized by pain. I invite you to mediate and listen to all of those aspects and manifestations of love in your heart, to listen without judgment, without interrupting the emotions that come up- to simply observe. Let the ideas and images bubble up in your mind, and listen with compassion. For you are the vessel, the lover and the beloved. Inside you is the source of the love you crave and seek

It is a time of great changes and of great transformation. It is a time to fortify our alliances, not to fight with one another because we cannot live up to each other’s great expectations. We can accept others the ways they are without expecting them to change. Love is a healing power that can facilitate change. Not by force, but by compassion. The faces of love in our lives change, but the history of our love is constant with all of the beautiful aspects and those that are less beautiful. All learning opportunities.

Allow yourself time. Allow others time. Allow time for compassion and transformation.

Yesterday, I visited a very beautiful site. Matri Mundi. There I read of the qualities of love. Here are some words that you can meditate and think of.

Love is in manifesting the truth that we can only internalize by meditating and reflecting on these words and everything that is behind them. My beloved ones,

It has been a while since I have written in my blogs. My "Maya Magic Mystery Tour"- through Europe was very special and I hope one day to have the time and space to write down all those beautiful memories and stories about this trip. You might have seen some of the invites for the seminars, ceremonies and all the amazing experiences I had. The great big highlight was to be with my precious daughter Cris, now in Germany, doing beautiful work with young people.

As my first visa expired, after 3 months I got to make an old dream come true: I went to Glastonbury England, visited Stone hedge, made ceremonies at the Tor and went to Avalon in my dream walking...I even got to sit and meditate in a crop circle!

Now I decided to come to India, where I am doing a total tune up to re energize myself to newer horizons... It is called Panchakarma and if you get to come and do it, I strongly recommend it! I am doing a lot of yoga, meditation and physical cleansing of my body to support the spiritual tuning I am concentrating on.
I've already been here for nearly one month. My plan is to go visit some ashrams to feel and experience Yoga in all its phases. The people are so peaceful and kind, I wish I could speak their language, although we understand each other very well...It is quite a mystical experience.

I would deeply like to tell you is about this upcoming solstice. With the eclipse going on, it will be very intense; I will be doing ceremony here in the blue mountains of south India. Please pray for the peace of the world, for the coming and disclosure of our star brothers and sisters, who have amazing technology to help us cleanse our dear Mother Earth... for our hearts to open to sublime love... for all of us to enter the new times, this grreat shift with ease. For the countries that are going through very extreme challenges...

Eine außergewöhnliche Feuerzeremonie an einem ungewöhnlichen Platz!

Die Feuerzeremonie mit der Maya-Schamanin AumRak findet am Samstag um 18:00 Uhr auf dem Gelände der Zeitenströmung in der Königsbrücker Straße 96, in 01099 Dresden statt.
Wir hatten einige Orte in und um Dresden zur Auswahl und entschieden uns doch für den o.g. Ort, der lange Zeit als Produktionsstandort des VEB Strömungsmaschinenbau fungierte. Schamanen entscheiden nicht immer selbständig über die Orte an die es sie treibt, sondern werden durch ihre Geistführer dazu aufgefordert an diesen Orten zu arbeiten. Und diesen Aufforderungen kommen sie ohne Fragen zu stellen nach. Auch wenn die rationale Seite unseres Gehirns diese Entscheidung nicht immer sofort nachvollziehen kann, wie denn auch, erschließt es sich im Inneren je näher die Arbeit rückt.
Die Revitalisierung des Geländes der heutigen Zeitenströmung wurde vor fünf Jahren begonnen und hält immer noch an. Die Philosophie der Eigentümer, die auch den Sonnenstein in Pirna entwickeln, war es, zwei Kommunikationsplattformen zu schaffen und zur Verfügung zu stellen an denen Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft zusammenkommen, um ihrer Intuition und ihrem individuellen Weltbild Ausdruck zu verleihen. Wurde der Schwerpunkt der bisherigen Arbeit mehr auf die wirtschaftlich tragfähige Entwicklung gelegt, so sollen in Zukunft auch philosophische, wissenschaftliche und metaphysische Aspekte in Veranstaltungen, Symposien, Workshops und Vorträgen zur Belebung des Ortes beitragen. Und der Ort beinhaltet einen weiteren Aspekt der die Heilung Dresdens unterstützen wird. Darüber werden wir euch am Samstag auch informieren und das Bild abrunden. Die Feurerzeremonie findet mit der Energie der Akbal statt. An diesem Tag der Transzendenz werden wir aus der Dualität herausgeführt, um unseren Lichtweg zu beschreiten.
Wir treffen uns um 17:45 am Eingang des Geländes neben dem Cafe Duesenberg. Seit bitte pünktlich, da man sich auf dem Gelände gut verlaufen kann und wir den genauen Ort der Zeremonie mit AumRak erst am Samstag festlegen. Bringt bitte Sitzgelegenheiten und Räucherware mit, vielleicht auch etwas Zucker, sowie Kerzen (wenn es geht Honigwachskerzen).
Für den Workshop am Sonntag sind noch ein paar Plätze frei (wir haben einen größeren Raum zur Verfügung). Wer sich noch anmelden möchte sollte dies dann möglichst bald tun. Anbei sende ich auch noch einmal den Flyer.

Einweihungsfeier Sonnenstein

On July 24, 2010 we went to this site called Sonnenstein, close to Dresden, Germany.

You will see the pics of the ancient celtic stones, this is where we all gathered and prepared to
do the ceremony inside the old church.
This site is quite known, for it was a Mental Institute, and during the war, a place where Eutanasia was practiced. The energies were strong (to say the least) as we came.
We all used beeswax candles and much prayer. The last part of the ceremony we went outside and the circle shared songs, prayer, intentions. Mother Nature, as usual, answered us with lovely sunshine over the tower of the church.

On that day, a demonstration against the Nazis was planned to be done in front of the church,
as the organizers realized what we were doing, they changed their plans and many of them joined us!

Such are my adventures now in Europe!

Am Donnerstag, den 24.Juni, treffen wir uns in Gömnigk auf dem Gelände der Alten Wassermühle zu einem ungewöhnlichen Offenen Abend.
Wir erwarten den Besuch der Guatemaltekischen Maya Aum-Rak. As a healer, I do not go any more into rhetoric and the theory of all that.
I live day to day and every day is precious.
My work is not about spreading doctrines or belief systems,
my goal is to allow the truth to shine through all those
thought patterns and mind blockages.
As we heal from past guilt and negative emotions,
we are free to be in innocence.
Trust and forgiveness are the sacred twins.
A good way to survive.

What the future will bring, is unknown, unless we trust and feel the inner guidance.
Day by day, one step at the time, and then again the soul is eternal.
Hope comes in as a friend that helps us walk the darkness of the hour.
Never read Madame B. I had her books in my hands, her language too
dark and difficult to keep me going.
Enoch also. Didn't get it, as well as all those
complicated, obscure writings.
My devotion lies somewhere else.
I am tired of trying to understand others,
I DO FEEL MAMITA VERY CLOSE.
She, THE UNIVERSAL MOTHER, call her as you wish, is all love, creation, healing.
Mother Earth and Nature, the elements within and without,
how to connect for healing and purification of our bodies, minds, emotions,
we need to flow with Nature or whatever is still surviving.

This time, people forgot about this planet, call her as you wish.
She is alive and it has been covered with cement, asphalt.
Poison has been sprayed to kill insects and all other animals.
Abuse in the form of civilization has ridden her of trees,
oil and all the humans use for the benefit or "comfort" of a few.
We are destroying nature, no remorse,
we do not care about how pure the drinking water will be for our grandkids,
not to say all that plastic garbage, the unlimited use of fertilizers.

You have heard what has happened to lake Atitlan, and there are just
a few lakes left with pristine waters.
The news about the oil coming out in the oceans is no longer in the media,
did they fix it?
The air in the city makes my eyes hurt and need to sneeze
all the time. Then again, what can I do but pray and listen
and be one of the few who dares to talk about it.

What else do governments need to wake up when their agenda political,
When they spend all the money in propaganda,
and forget about hospitals and health care. And education?
Then again, people have to come back to natural medicine.
Health care needs to become our own responsibility.
Self taught people are the ones who have been able to learn
All that is really needed.
And free lancers are the ones who have the freedom to create their own
businesses and not become part of the big corporations.
Not to say about the greedy ones that accumulate the riches….

How can we reverse all that damage, I don't know.
My walk in life has shared with people the art of ceremony
as a way to reconnect with Nature. Earth, water, air, fire are honored and used as healing
agents. As we heal within, we heal the all.
Practical, useful ways to do something about it.

This new revolution is of the consciousness, of the Spirit of all things.
Love, life, light. I am that I am. Truth, respect, integrity,
Awakening from the old ways.

The ones ready to understand, will.
It is about time.
And I hope there is time for everything....

Embracing the lake

I left my home in Antigua two days before the ceremony I planned to embrace the lake. Took a shuttle instead of the shamamovil, and it was quite a ride,
I had forgotten how crazy those pilots are. We were close to big accident twice… ufff!
As we entered the basin of the lake, I could perceive a deep, intense sadness, manifested through my own sad memories of the 10 or so years I lived, first in Santiago Atitlan, then in San Marcos la Laguna. I did embrace those recollections and understood that as a woman, I had to heal myself first, so I could profoundly connect with my surrounding part of Gaia. ( by the way,it is my second name.)

I decided to spend the night in Panajachel, and called a friend of mine, who invited me to stay at her home. Sure enough, our conversation lead us to share our experiences since we saw each other, and guess what, we ended up crying together.
I won’t go into details, but please help me send lots of healing to my dear Carol.

Next day, as I walked the once crowded, full of life street of Santander, I realized it was almost deserted. Many of the stores were closed, no gringos, the usual vendors were there, desperate to sell their wares, imagine, a chalina for Q 5.00 when the usual price was Q20.00…!

The boat ride was as beautiful as ever and I was so happy to discover that the lake is looking quite clean now, the “captain” told me it had been this way for a week or so, but we all know the cyanobacteria is deep inside, waiting for the warm weather to surface.

When I got to San Marcos, I went to look for my friends and nobody was home.
The ususal feeling of “home” to me was gone, even my beloved son Balam,
was absent.
Walking by the church I found Florinda, a single mother of five (her husband, Chico, is still in jail).She used to work for me. Her two older children are now in school, so she got a good part of your donations. I know that is not going to last a long time,
but I sure was happy to share your generosity with her.

And it came back to me when I went to the hotel Paco Real and the new Administrador, Alejandro, invited me to stay there “for free” the next two nights.
I was preparing for the ceremony and took a very light dinner and a sauna.

Next day, as early as I could. I went to the rocks, and following my Spirit Guides’ advice, did my first candle ceremony, my meditation brought me to be in unity with the lake. During my second ceremony and pondering on duality, I felt very alone,
I had invited many people to come. I could not understand why nobody showed up! Then my guides told me: You are not alone and I could sense the presence of so many light beings who came and ministered me, and the lake. A squirrel (the Maya nahual of Noj ~ wisdom, came and played around) a lizard walked right near me (maya nahual of K’at, ~healing) and of course the birds came and listened to my flute playing. (tzikin~joy, abundance)
The third ceremony, activation, was made and Mayari showed up. And she lit the candles for the fourth ceremony: for balance.
Sandra, a maya girl showed up also, I know her. Because of her alcoholic parents, she was sent to an orphanage in Panajachel with her brother. They cut her hair (you don’t do that to a mayan girl!) and made her wear jeans and a t-shirl (just like a boy)
I don’t want to know all that she went through during that year she was away. Her sister and I prayed a lot together and made many ceremonies to get her back home.
I even tried calling the people I could. When she came back, she looked very “punk”. I adviced her to to wear her guipil and her corte again and she did!
Of course she was selling her bolsas, and the typical paraphernalia and I knew part of the ceremony was for us to make “her day” so we got as much as we could!
And she lit the candles for the fifth ceremony, for the center. It was very touching to see this 15 year old girl doing her prayers in her cachickel language. And I knew she was representing the women of the lake.

It was about noon when a guy came selling coconuts. So we got some and invited him to do the 6th ceremony, for abundance. I did the 7th ceremony, for trust, the mystical power and then some tourists showed up, one from Chile, one from Spain and one from Mexico and they shared the eight ceremony for harmony, the ninth for the intentions and the tenth, for manifestation. During the eleventh ceremony, for liberation, I poured the Diamond water in the lake, programming it to heal, purify and reactivate the sacred waters of the navel of the earth.
The twelfth ceremony (cooperation) was done in a cheerful spirit and by the time the sun was setting, the thirteeth ceremony was done. Trascendence.

With a happy heart and the feeling of mission accomplished, we went back to the hotel, had a nice sushi dinner and another sauna. We had rain all night. Next day, back to Antigua, we drove through dense fog and very cold weather, happy because we were told that the cyanobacteria dies when it gets really cold. Of course, I also got cold and a big flu, and now, Christmas morning, I am finally thinking straight and sharing with you my adventure. After the whole process of feeling very sick and lonely, I feel like something shifted deep within. In oneness with Nature, I pray it was so. And deep in my heart I am being reborn within the Christ consciousness,
My intentions to be in service in preparation for this Great Shift, may the Spirit of the Season may enlighten your hearts and bring all the joy and harmony we all need

LET’S EMBRACE LAKE ATITLAN

Many of you have seen the different videos, pictures and at least,
the news that the sacred lake of the Mayans, lake Atitlan, is affected with the Cyan bacteria.

The waters, once clear and transparent, the ones we used to call
“The mirror of the Heavens”, is now a stinky, greenish and sickening dump.
Some say this infestation goes as deep as 25 meters below the surface.
And, it is not only the looks of it, imagine all the people that bathes
and drinks and cooks with its waters. It is a real health hazard.

I remember the times when it was safe to drink its waters,
and sure enjoyed swimming in those wonderfully clear, fresh shores.
My heart feels so many emotions about it and so; I feel the call:
We have to do something about it.

In my hours of meditation, my beloved guides told me:

In many shamanic traditions, all over the world, it is said that
rivers are male, lakes female.
And the element of water is connected with sadness, grief.

What is happening with the lake is the expression of deep sadness
of the women, specially the indigenous ones, that have been
experiencing so many levels of abuse, resulting in a lack
of self-esteem and the indifference of the males, their mates.

Our lake is showing what many of us women have experienced:
Cancer: Our bodies rotting away, due to abandonment,
unfairness, unjustness, inequity, cruelty, tyranny, repression,
exploitation bias, prejudice, discrimination, intolerance
and the lack of respect we have suffered for so many centuries.

The ceremony we are planning to do in the 19 of December (all day)
is concentrating in forgiveness and letting go of all those energies
to finally start receiving the love and harmony that the 11:11:11
doorways have been transmitting to our planet in the etheric levels.

It is only when we have undone our emotional energy blockages,
that we can finally start healing, then we can help our sons,
nephews, our men with their healing process.
And: our beloved lake, as well: our planet!

I invite you, dear ones, to start sending so much love to Lake Atitlan,
And to my dear sisters on this planet to start working with all of our inner
feelings, whatever makes us feel ashamed, abused, intruded, put down.
We know that what we most reject is what we most attract, so let’s have
the courage and do healing ceremony, gather in circles and allow those tears
to finally flow free and as a result, to start a new life where we can
finally attract all we deserve in dignity, grace and love.

The 6 night

This day marks the beginning of the 6 night of the galactic underworld.

As I observe in the time/space phenomenon ,
actually, the reality in our world. is quite dark and scary.
I am bombarded with Internet messages where people are denouncing
the extreme corruption of the governments; the ones in authority
are bleeding people of the little money left,
and I don’t mean just taxes: it’s greed at its highest degree,
consciousness of the lowest level. They only care about being powerful.
And making as much money as they can.

We have enormous problems; the ecology is totally out of balance:
drought is happening because of excessive deforestation,
there is no security in the streets; anyone can get mugged.
I just read that a certain “mara” (gang) is “initiating”
their members by obstructing the city traffic and shooting
the people that use their car horns so they move on…

I see myself surrounded by total chaos.
Makes me remember when my mentor Padre Juan de Dios
announced us his dismissal from the third dimensional body,
we asked him why, he told us that things had to get really bad
before they could get better, and he didn’t want to be here.

Now, I wake up in the middle of the night,
( 7 Aq’ab’aal, the mystical power of dawn,)
I Am wondering what can be done about it, on how to
help expand my consciousness and the ones closer to me,
I mean the guy who thinks that in order to cope with his reality,
get drunk, hits his wife and children and you hear the whole mess
and there is nothing you can do about it.
Police is so corrupted; you do not really want them around.

I think it is a great lesson on how we can create a shield of protection
so we can go unharmed. And the special joy when against all odds,
we succeed. As we go around, and do, whatever we can do…

So, in my hour of meditation, Mamita comes and says:

Beloved one:
I understand what is going on and I know how difficult it is to be living in this time lines while you feel surrounded by darkness, ignorance, and violence.
We told you it would be worse than your worst nightmare, and still,
you wanted to experience this Great Shift and witness the darkest hours.
To encounter the underworld. The ancient stories tells you how the hero twins
of the Popol Vuh play the Cosmic Game against all odds,
and at the end, they emerge victorious and become the moon, the sun.

That is the amazing challenge and the way you wanted to be tested, to become stronger and smarter, more aware. Through this, your consciousness will expand,
And grow as you learn new tricks to cope with all of it.

In your deep sensibility, you suffer when a tree is cut off, when a precious animal is being killed, when you see the serious ecological irreversible ruin that unconsciousness is destroying. And much more will happen until the light of the galactic dawn will shine on you. So, you have to learn to be strong enough to start creating a new reality. And you will have all the help you need, from us, the ones in the subtle multidimensions, are here to support and help you. During your dreamtimes you are connecting with us, and being guided. As you are, writing these lines.

Always remember, we are here to help you get out of the darkness of your sorrow,
the feeling of being alone and helpless. As you witness injustice, violence, terror and
all that the ignorance of the people is doing to Mother Earth, new ideas are coming up, in the need to heal. As you learn how to cope with it, wanting to create changes, you are creating the sacred space needed for us to come and take action at the subtle levels. With your prayers you are actually allowing us to help you, to inspire people
to awaken and open their consciousness.

Every time you call upon the angels of justice, whole legions of them are coming
to bring important lessons to the ones in despair and hatred to awaken and change their ways. Not everything is lost, as you sometimes think.
Your ceremonies have created deep healing energies in the places you have been.
Remember, you are being guided, protected, and inspired and all we ask you to do
is leave it all to us, dear: trust. We are here to surround you with all the love and protection you need. We also need you on that side of the multidimensions.
You are doing a great job.

Now rest and dream of this brave new world you are creating.

The day of the dead….
I almost celebrated it today with my own funeral.

Yesterday I was robbed at gunpoint,
With much violence and impunity.

I won’t go into details, for my purpose today is to share
the reflexions inspired from this extreme experience.

It was the day 11 (challenge) and ix, (the jaguar)
And yes, I was challenged tremendously, at many levels.
All my emotions were shaken, like a tree, and the fruits fell.
Some of them were rotten, like my good old “poor me”,
the energies of fear, despair, loneliness, insecurity,
wow, I was shaking!
I came home right away and made ceremony,
in gratitude that my body was not hurt, my car still there.
Did some smudging, a rose petal bath and all the medicine I could find.
and made a new resolution: To be fully alive and conscious.

We are constantly hearing about all the terrible things that are happening now,
And we are empathic enough to listen and share with others in the so called compassion. How can’t we???

The day before I had lunch with my friend Brux and she was sharing her feelings about how her secretary’s husband was killed. My comment was for her to be
careful, not to loose her center and allow anything negative to happen to her.
And guess what, I was the one who had a crack in my power of protection,
Therefore, allowing this to happen! Quite a lesson, ha!

So, I decide to write this,
So my negative experience turns into something for the best of all.

It is the time to enter a new consciousness, to let go of all the old patterns
And ask the universe for help to really let go.
Recycle those rotten fruits, compost them!
If we want to be in the 5 dimentional conciousness, we have to meet the divinity
within, in a pure, clean, clear heart and that only happens when we really decide it.
Do it for a whole week, use the affirmations and prayers you prefer,
(I Am resurrection: this is the true meaning)
Ask your angels and guides to help you at this.
We really got to create the new world, the new reality,
And the only way is to do it in our own world, our inner circle!
So, beloved ones, WAKE UP !

at the most amazing spots in this universe.

One of them is my Albuquerque home
And the 3 sided whole tribe.
An amazing desert oasis, in the middle of New Mexico.

artists have an outlet to sell their creations, yeah!

Dr Blue and I have been “pen pals”, sharing for years now:
Sometimes we send each other pictures, sometimes inspiration comes,
and stuff like this comes up.
I want to share these lines with you in celebration
of the new 9 ~ 9~ 9 Portal we celebrated last night.
We invited 10 people: 50 came.
And we had an amazing ceremony – celebration adventure.

Aaj, the Star Dancer

My beloved ones.
I am quoting my friend Lindi Morningstar: “We are riding the roller coaster down the other side to the full moon 3rd eclipse, 8/8 Lions gate hall of records opening, 22nd anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence - 15/17th August to the 9/9/9 - wow what a journey - what to take - nothing, in fact let go of what you don't want to carry, as it will only get heavier, have a good clean out mentally, physically and emotionally and enjoy the ride!”
Besides, we are finishing the cycle of the Wayeb. This time is known as “the day out of time”, although this cycle of the Haab (agriculture solar calendar) is 5 days long and it has been used to prepare in ceremony and intentions for the next new year to come. This timing coincides with the Egyptian and the Atlantean New year, the Lion’s gate. Special times indeed.
In the Tzolkin, (Sacred Calendar) we enter the trecena of Aaj.
It talks about the connections we have with Mother Earth and Father Sky and how much we can connect and channel and manifest these energies. It is all about taking our egos out of the way and allow divine manifestation to happen through us.
The people who have been practicing Reiki know what I mean. The divine healing energies flow and heal. It also happens when we “channel” through words and writing what our guides want to be known.
Many of you might ask: So… and how do I do it?
We all can tap into this talents, we just need to practice. A good way is to start writing a journal every morning, if possible, the moments before we really awake. Ask your angel guides your questions and start writing.
Soon you will feel like you are receiving dictation, do not interfere with your mindand question, just let it flow. And then rest. You will need some time to get used to it and then, you will have direct connection with the Source.

This was an amazing festival I participated in Colorado, USA
I was part of a camp called sacred earth and we made amazing ceremonies, followed by jamming of exquisite musicians.
The big ceremony was last Saturday, while Lunar Fire was playing.
Much energy, beautiful people, amazing portals were opened in preparation for the eclipse.
It was so much fun!
I want to share with you a very special picture.

Well, here I Am, during my morning meditation in my family home.
In the room where both my parents died.
I am in between, coming back
From another divine assignment in Copan,
And getting ready.
For the 7th of what we once called
The maya magic mystery tour.

And this is what comes to me in meditation,
Very strongly and with the passion to open my Mac rosita
And start writing.

For a couple of months now, I have been trained
at getting very sharp at the dictation that is one of
my next assignments.

And so I go: next are Mamitas words!

Greetings, my beloved children!

If you can laugh about your past, you are ascended!

Indeed, this is very much true, and I know you will feel shocked
about this statement. Guess why?
Because all your fears, guilt, anger, frustration, sadness,
Insecure. (Pardon my bad language…)

What do you feel when you read this statement?
A lot of stuff comes up.
Somebody might have taught you that
-You are in a valley of tears.
-That you have to work hard to make a decent living.
-To judge (yourself and others) by your figure, status, car, accessories.
-Belief Systems.
-Feel like once you had a strong experience with someone,
your relationship is over.
-Only doctors know about your body.
-Only priests know about God.

Wow, should I go on? Better not, else I will need to write a
whole book to talk about all this.
I believe the process should be different.

Imagine, every time you remember something about your life.
You go back to a very dirty spot.
Would you get in and make your feet all muddy, over and over again?
Well, this is what you do when you remember painful stuff,
all those karmic experiences you have had,
to experience in this lifetime,
All you agreed upon to heal: harmonize, forgive!
And it is thanks to it that we can, finally, evolve.

For this is the great opportunity we have in this lifetime,
during these special times that some call “The Shift”
some call it 2012, (because of the maya prophesy/ calendaric cycles)
Which is the rays of Hunab-ku, our great galactic sun,
Bringing us LIGHT !

So, you can decide now, are you ready to have a good laugh?
And allow me to join you as a loving mother and laugh till
a special understanding comes: the liberation of all “sins”
and then we’ll know: all is just a game!

A game we created before you were born.
Remember how carefully we chose family, country,
time in history; planetary horoscopes, oracles
are great helps to remember. And finally surrender

The Light Bringer ~ Ajpuu

Beloved ones:

As I went through my files to find this new wave of creation, I felt quite a relief to see Ajpuu,
the nahual for this next trecena: A new period to center our light, to
find new ways to reconnect with the Divine within us.
Ajpuu is the sun for our ancestors. For us, the "ones we were waiting for",
it is the new connection with the Hunab Ku, the center of our Galaxy,
our great central sun. The one whose light, called adamantine particles,
are awakening us to the new consciousness, and creating this so much awaited
Shift of the Ages.

As I write this, a new day is coming, and through my window, I see the first rays.
The night was cold, rainy, and with the excitement of it all,
I laid down with many thoughts in my head,so sleeping was not an option.
Now the new day has come and I can start doing all that will help me prepare
for this new cycle in my own life. As I go through all my worldy possessions,
(all of them piled up in this room) I decide to let go of all that I do not need.
I find all this unnecessary stuff I have been holding on for so long,
representing memories of stages in life, now it seems, not even my own.
Light~en up! For together with the old, I am letting go of all those emotions,
Relations, stuff I don’t need any longer.
I open my heart to renewal, re activation,
A new consciousness.

The last lunar eclipse allows us to enter a period ending with this cycle.
Many emotions will come up, of all kinds. May the blessings of Ajpuu help us
desire the bright side of all of them. You know, we are creating our future.
Starting right now! (-and as I write this, the Universe responds with a ray of sun,
blinding me at first, but oh so warm and welcome.)
Reminds me of hope, divine trust, and my heart gives opens up to joy!
This new cycle starts with a smile!

Service, quite a word, and more, amazing concept, according to the old traditions of our timekeeping ancestors, that energy represented by the deer in the Nature kingdom:
As I look in the dictionary for the right words, I find all of this.
My task is to find the right one. Although, I believe it is a concept, more than a word, a state of consciousness:

And here in Honduras, is what is happening. You have read the news. All is so volatile. Politics. The Congress took over, and took the President at 5 am, from his home, and flew him to Costa Rica in his pajamas. It all happened without bloodshed. Many countries are against, because they say
This goes against democracy. I believe this is the peoples getting rid of someone that has brought the country to more poverty. On TV I saw him like a very arrogant person, a perfect
character out of one of Garcia Marquez’ novels.
The energy of Keej, once again, in action.

Now, the challenge:
When we do things out of the goodness of our hearts, it is service.
So dear ones, take a good thinking about this and
Open your hearts to this energy. This is what our brave new world needs, and this is what the process of evolution is taking us, thanks to the ones that are hidden, behind stage. To the ones that have been able to develop the right sense of service.

The Magic Maker

I Apologize.
Since my last blog, my writing has been dedicated to other areas and I have been in a state ofTransformation and preparing myself for that only my Divine Trust allows me to know I Am being guided, as an answer to my prayers and ceremonies.

Somehow, I have been writing this blog, thinking that my words are being swallowed by the cyber monsters and nobody really reads my writings.
Anyway, a dear friend just asked me to guide her into understanding the Sacred
Time keeping and here I go, again. Please do not let it be a monologue,
Send me some feedback, so I know I am not alone in this.

As this great Divine Game develops in the stories and the History,
Turning to a her-story, that is the evolvement of the integration of our brain hemispheres, and the discovery of a simpler, less dramatic lives as we choose
To be in positivity, harmony and inlove; in our hearts.
To start using our right brain.

Of course it sounds like a sci fi…. Or some new agey thing ~
Of course there are still many that do not believe
In this…. And choose to play foul games, to themselves and others.
I believe that if you have lied all your life, it is just because you have been in contact with your ego. That one we were taught to be. Expected to do, assumed to think.
Or suffering to be the poor one that had to be a survivor, immersed in the inherited dramas of our nations, families, bloodlines, gender.
And then again, the bullies, the ones that, in such a need of power, do not
Stop and think their actions of terrorizing are hurting others so much.
Or the ones that rather flee to a non-real world of alcohol induced escapism.
So, there are also the ones that say that 2012 is the end of the world. And in fear, make fun and take advantage of the ones who are “on a spiritual path”

And then the Magic Maker comes, with beautiful creative energies.
New ideas like recycling and creating sacred space.
The caretakers of Nature and with their presence
Bring about changes, people start smiling some more.
Flowers bloom, weather changes.

Such is the nature of the jaguar warrior, Ix. Balam.
The warriors of the Light. The Love-bringers.
Guardians of integrity and in eternal internal search for truth.
Their weapons are their words and their service is their gift.
They dare to shine and show their strength and vision.
They are the ones helping create the new times,
The brave new world.
Their weapon is an open heart, their service is their truth.
You will recognize them by their authority, their radiance.
They heal, help, smile a lot and share some more.
But mostly, they have a lot of fun.
May this cycle of Ix help us realize that all of us
Can reach this priviledged state of being.

While the Gregorian calendar reenacts the drama and Passion of Christ, we begin a new trecena. Tooj is the energy manifested through Mother Earth: Bringer of life, love, nurturing and all the elements necessary for a third dimensional living experience. Notice it is the Mother’s breast depicted in the glyph or ideogram that represents this medicine.
This is the perfect time to re connect with the lady who gave us birth.
Most of our karmic deals in this lifetime offer us unique learning tools through the experiences in the relationship with our mothers. There is a time where our moms are everything for us, full time, unconditional nurturers, caretakers, and loving guides…
As we grow up, within our so close relationship with mom, we enact many different “games” sometimes for power, sometimes to have their attention, and that also connects with some of the decisions we take to play our “dramas” in life. Whether we turn into violent, poor me; interrogators or indifferent peoples, we always have a connection with the games we learned to play in our childhood. So this trecena is the time to work on
this, remembering we don’t really need to manipulate others in order to get their energy/attention.

Time to free our selves of all those co-dependency and needy tactics
and start living as independent, free and harmonic individuals.
We can create our own mastery, remembering who we are, deep in the reality of our souls, and so evolve and become the enlightened, ascended beings we are meant to be. The universe is helping us, just summon your favorite deity, angels, guru and ask them to help you. A deep meditation is all you need, create sacred space using incense and candles, take your time, and reconnect with that wonderful, amazing and divine person you were always meant to be. Forgive yourself, and all the rest of your stories, embrace yourself as an innocent child of the Universe and prepare for the new times with a blank page, ready to be written with a wonderful new story.
So you become a child of the Universe, may the Heart of the Earth and the Heart of the Heavens bless you.

Ajmac creation wave

Ajmac is the precious angel of Divine Grace.

Staying for a week or so in Guatemala city, has been quite a lesson.
Because of political, social and economical reasons, this country
is going through a very dark period. Last night, while having dinner,
We heard shots, and later the sirens of ambulances. This is happening
Every day, in many places in the city. Everybody, everywhere you go,
you hear people in panic, speaking about all the violence and robberies
happening everywhere, that is their sole conversation.

So, I wake up in the middle of the night, sweating, feeling
scared about so many things, and so I remember to
start praying, thinking about all those pieces of the puzzle that conform
my life. And letting go of my fears, in a conscious manner. Using my
positive thinking to re-create my peace of mind. And of course, letting go
of all that makes me think. Not easy, I thought, but after a while, I start
feeling this mystical power again, Trust within, trust in my destiny,
knowing that even if I am in the times of the darkest hour in our
Humanity, there is always hope for the new day to come.
And this is the energy of Ajmac, the spiritual warrior, the Light bringer.
And so it is, that our presence in this world has a meaning.
Yes, every time I hear someone talking about their fears, I remind them
of the Law of Attraction, and so I feel I Am helping myself and others
create the new times. Our New World.

Letting go of all that is negative, is to go deep within, to remember
conscious- or sub consciously of all that has ever disturbed us.
Make ceremony, creating Sacred Space by lighting a candle or an incense
And let go, yes, dare to let go of it all, even what you ever though you could
never forgive. And then, you will be in Divine Grace and you will create
this special energies for everybody around you, our cities, countries,
our beloved Planet earth. We deserve it.

Akbal is is the nahual related with the moment when night begins and everything is dark. In other levels, it is the time when we are in ignorance, in the moments when there is no understanding, no guidance. The ideogram shows the dual lines converging on the top, which is also when we dwell in the world of dualities, when we give more importance to the dark, gloomy emotions and happenings.
Many of us have been taught to avoid and escape the dark sides. We want so much to be “good” and positive that we try to avoid these very important shadow sides of ourselves.
And this is the reason why so many people use all those drugs like alcohol and prescribed “medicines”. We are simply afraid to face our dark sides. And we simply put them “on hold”
Many of us, when we cannot sleep at night, instead of facing the reasons, investigate our problems, want to get rid of them and take a pill or tea, or drink alcohol. Easy enough, it is the beginning of the endless cycle of drug abuse.
How can we help ourselves with that…?
Well, meditation is a great tool; dare to face those thoughts and ideas, use the problems as stepping stones, to be able to “see” beyond and understand the true reasons.
All is perfect, all of our challenges have a reason to be in this perfect universe.
This is the time to get rid of fear, guilt and low self-esteem thrugh the deep understanding that everything is perfect. The best tool for healing is forgiveness.
How to do it? Well, find a god day to prepare a sacred space. Light a candle. Use some incense. Ask your spiritual guides for inspiration and go for it, face your demons! The moment you start having some clarity, forgive. Forgive yourself and others for what ever comes up and then, claim your innocence. Do it as many times as you feel you need it, and you will start experiencing many changes in your life.

And I see, why this trecena it was very difficult for me to post this blog. It was indeed a very intense and extreme period of time. Extreme joy and supreme let go.
My daughters were visiting me in my new home in Copan, Honduras. We had a wonderful time together. Right on our way back to Guatemala city I received the news that my dear mentor, Padre Juan, is in his last moments on this lifetime.
Our Equinnox ceremony, at my “home” altar in Kaminal Juyu, was very intense.
Surrounded by the city of Guatemala, and in times where there is much darkness because of fear, political and economic instability, delinquency and such, our prayers were lightened up by the presentation of 4 boys to the Sacred Fire. Our prayers and intentions leading us to the prophesy of the New Times.
This is the darkest of the night, let’s find hope in the knowing that dawn is soon to come.
May the force be with us.

It is every 13 days that Time, as a living essence,
offers us the opportunity to evolve
And grow in our consciousness.
The trecena or Upits Kin offers us a path to count the days
in a way that serves us as an ever changing portal
of opportunity and synchronicities,
a means to be aware of what is going on in the energy levels.

It has been my purpose to share with you
right at the beginning of each wave of creation,
some “tip of the iceberg” of what the Sacred calendar means for us,
the ones who follow it, the neomayas,
the ones who allow ourselves to be guided by its supreme wisdom.

TZ’I (OC in the Yucatec)
is the energy manifested in the physical planes by the dog.
If you have one, you know about the company, loyalty, and love
they provide. Many families consist of people and their pets.
True companions, they are always there for us, whether we
Choose to feed them fine foods or just a tortilla.

It is also about relationships.
The way we share this precious energies we call love.
And here in the south we have quite a way to be aware of it,
through this canine medicine.
Their presence is all over the place, many of them as stray dogs,
becoming a pest, instead of a pet. So they deambulate the streets,
trying to find something to eat, someone to love, and they are full of fleas,
some sick and old, some pregnant, living skeletons
being kicked and shoed by all.
Sometimes we commiserate, then again,
once a dog bites you, you don’t pet that dog again.
Is there a message in it?
I guess, for in other places I have also seen people in the same situations,
specially in the big cities.

We talk about divine love, celebrate Valentines and try to elevate this emotion
to a very romantic perspective. -Like in the movies…
When we find someone we feel safe to open our hearts to.
we give it all; that same night. Before we allow ourselves to know better.
Then when we see all is not perfect, we want to get “some space” from them,
escaping what is only our own proyection, our mirror,
and then maybe later finding someone else
presenting the same situations and “talents andd gifts”

We have chosen some karmic traits before we came to this lifetime and timeline.
we are gifted with amazing opportunities to evolve,
until one day one of the faces of love, a powerful one, we call our soul mate
shows up ,we can let go of fears and expectations and finally find love within and without.
Is love in our gardens, pets, family, neighbors, our facebook pals….?

LOVE IS EVERYWHERE ,EVERYTHING, LOVE IS ALL THERE IS…..,
And Mother Nature is the best teacher in love, life, light.

Hello my beloved ones.
This time I am doing it differently, do not worry,
I am still giving you the info about the Maya - quantum calendar.
As you can see, it is a bit different than the normal dates
in the Highland count (one day off the quiche count).
The reason is that some time ago, my dear friend Alain Galtie (Merlin)
and I received information from the Galactic Federation
informing us that this is the count actually, being used in the Galaxy!

think that in order to sell, they need to show the worst picture of the catastrophe,
the dead ones the worst. All these news full of negativity.
They do not know there is a serious responsibility on

to fear, desperation, disconformity, and the crisis….

The good news is that if we are able to focus on the positive,
good, perfect, beautiful, abundant and prosperous, this is what we can create.
And this is the prerogative of the New Era,
this Age of Aquarius everybody is talking about…. Yeah!

How to read the Mayan Galactic Count Calendar

While this is in no way a comprehensive guide to the Galactic Count Calendar, it will help you understand the cycles as they are posted on this blog.

Creation Wave Cycles:
These are 13 day cycles and the basis of the images you will see posted here. Each creation wave is guided by the energy of the particular naguale for that cycle. A Creation wave cycles through 13 energies, 1 for each day:
1- Unity
2- Challenge
3- Activation
4- Definition
5- Radiance
6- Equality
7- Attunement
8- Integrity
9- Intention
10- Manifestation
11- Liberation
12- Cooperation
13- Transcendence

Days:
The days of the Galactic Count Calendar are measured from Sunset to Sunset. So, when you read the calendar, recognize that the cycle actually begins at sunset the day before and runs through sunset of the day marked on the calendar. The reason for this is that it is understood that it is in our dreamtime that we receive understanding of the energy of the day ahead for ourselves. When we wake, we live out the movie of that energy. This understanding helps us in setting our intentions before sleep so that we may receive guidance that is relevant during our dreamtime.

Each day is associated with one of the 20 naguales, or guardians of time. Because there are 20 naguales and 13 days in a Creation Wave Cycle, the 1st day of a Creation Wave will only be associated with the same naguale once every 20 cycles.

The Colors:
Each of the Naguales has a color or a family/direction associated with it, which you can see at the end of the descriptions above.Each family of color has a daily influence as well as an influence on each Creation Wave. The color of the first day of a Creation Wave will influence the entire 13 day cycle.

Red: East- Intention, giver of life, the sunrise, power, birth, renewal of life. Good days to begin new projects and to take care of personal problems.

White: North- Internal intention, cold, life turns inward and active hibernation. Good days to go inward for direction, inspiration and advice. Things may be difficult during these times, not the best time to travel. This is a time to go inward and work on the develpment of the spirit and possibly confront your emotions and feelings. A time of watching, observing.

Blue: West- Integration, transformation and fusion of information. Sunset, the place where light eneters into darkness. Calm rest where inspiration is born and creates worlds. The letting go of the ego so it can fuse with the great Everything, the cosmos. A good time to concentrate on our relations with others as we may run in to problems with cooperation and commitment in these relations. You may feel pressure from the transformation that is occurring at these times.

Yellow: South- Ascension, maturation, fruition, the final touch of the artist. The dirction of the tropical heat, the explosion of plants and life. This is the noon time, the highest position of the sun and life, the summer, and the growth to fruition, the power of maturity. These are good times to speak your truth, but pay attention to your emotional reactions and a need to be right as these may lead to disappointment which can be the result from visions that have not taken root in the physical world.

The Frequencies:
As you look at the calendar you will see that each day has a frequency (measured in HZ). You will begin to notice that your energy may be lower on lower frequency days and higher on higher frequency days.

Portal Days:
Occasionally you will see a "spiked" outline around a day on the calendar. These days are "Portal Days". These are times when the veil between the Spirit world and our mundane world thins. These are potent times for clearly connecting with Spirit and receiving Divine guidance.

20 Day Cycles or Waves:
Now that you have a basic understanding of the Naguales, it is helpful to notice the 20 Day Cycles (indicated on the bottom left, and when there is an overlap within a creation wave, also on the bottom right of the Creation Wave 13 day cycle.) The energy of the 20 day cycles governs the Creation Wave cycles that run within it.

the monkey is the one that calls our attention,
if you go to a zoo you will see the public is always there.
Their medicine allows to

Back on the cyberspace

Hello my beloved ones
It has been two loooong months without the help of a computer.

My Pinkie decided to crash and left me in a "empty" state of non-techno shamanism, which gave me time and the space
to go back to the old times when I use to read books, meditate more and move to my favorite pueblo of the world: Copan, Honduras.

So, the new year 2009 found me "home' and it feels so much like a "homerun" like in baseball.... ha!

Seven years I dedicated to my pilgrimage, and now, that I start saving and finding old pictures, I find some amazing ones, that give me the feel and taste of unforgettable memories, and beloved brothers and sisters of my soul that I was privileged to find on the path of the "mystic nomad". Not to mention the amazing experiences I might start writing about and I hope to be able to remember all of them, or, at least, the most memorable ones. ( I need your help, so please remind me !!!!)

With my heart in my hands, I am in deep gratitude to all the beautiful people who hosted me and helped me find ways to share the message I was commended by my Spirit guides. The list would be too big, but know, my prayers go for all of you to be showered with all kinds of wonderful blessings.

Now I live in a castle, yes, and my one room apartment has all I need. I am giving myself some time to reorganize and get ready for all of you to come and visit. I have been told by a seer that now it is the time to convocate and bring people to the sacred temples of Copan, where the femenine energy is keeping the balance of the two Americas, like the two brain hemispheres of our dear Gaia.
That can only be good for all of us, terrestrials.

This is quite a special trecena...
After all the trials and testing have been going through,
Aaj is giving us the times to ground ourselves, reconnecting con Mother Earth,
using her medicine, as in stones, herbs and the four elements. As a giver of life.
Allowing her to nurture us through our first chakra.
And opening up, our crown chackra to receive all the inspiration
and information from our guides and angels, to heal.
Much is going on in our world, It seems reality is turning into an ilussion,
or is it Maya, the ilussion turning into reality?
As we open up our hearts to receive all the Light energies,
we also have a choice to stay in the lower vibrational dimensions of the negative emotions
or choose, to work them all out, through the magic of forgiveness
and remember: THE VIBRATIONS OF PURE LOVE OVERCOME ALL NEGATIVITY
How can we talk about love when in our search there has been so much
frustration, deception, we thought we were doing our best and the outcome is
quite..., different than we dreamt of!???
Well, this is life's mystery, and then again, we can change so much
through the shift of choosing all the best, beautiful, joyful.
As much as we want to help others, remember, this is a personal choice
and we can help more through healing ourselves.
In this garden of the Gods, we are all flowers, and each has a time to bloom.

Hello my dear friends.
I am so happy to share with you that my trip to Tikal-Palenque was wonderful!
Because of the weather,I could now go farther north the way I planned.
Well, it was even better as it came up.
Great moments of mystical awareness, where my guides talked to me and guided
my steps towards the creation of future service.
Amazing encounter with a cocodrile on the day of Imox, and a deer on the day of keej
told me my connections with my beloved nahuales and Spirit guides of the sacred cities
are alive and getting stronger.
Also, my computer, pinkie is now healthy and sound, which allows me to keep doing these posts.

The Energy of Ajpuu

This is an amazing time to recreate and refresh our connection with the higher Self, for the energy of Ajpuu is
indeed the time to get in the sun, be nourished by it and become the Lightin oneness with it.
Of course the Universe will gift us with the challenges needed to keep remembering this.
All we got to do is be in intention to find this oneness, and, of course, start communicating.
Remember, praying is talking with Divinity, meditation is listening to it.

This has been quite a wave of creation, the one of Imox, meaning the innermost being that we are.

I was aat the lake Atitlan, doing a very special wedding, of Averan and Melissa, dear friends from many years ago.
It is so exciting to see a young couple to be so inlove and so mature at sharing their purpose to create a family.
Needless to say, only the ones with a hard core were not shedding tears.....
Since we are way into the wave, I will just tell you that these days have amazing surprises for you.
Just allow every day to be a special chance to discover yourself, to be in touch with your heart and the dephts of your soul....

Q'anil, the way shower

This is the divine manifestation of the seed. The seeds we plant on the fields,
the ones we plant in the minds of the people we love, as inspiration, the seeds the father
plant in the womb of the mother and also
the Star seeds.
There is a very old legend that tells about the time the Grandmothers Ixmucane
and Ixpiyacoc were done creating the first peoples, they decided the earth dwellers needed
teachers, so they send an invite to all the universes for teachers to come and volunteer in this amazing
experiment called EARTH. So, many came, and only some were chosen to be here.
They are the ones we call the Light bringers, blessed beings now quite busy during the shifts
we are experiencing in this planet.
The challenge is quite fine. And this is the wave of time where we begin to create our future ways.
Each day brings a new opportunity of creating with TIME.
On the first day, we choose the seeds we want to plant, of course, the ones we see that are stronger,
on the 2, checking if the soil is the right one, to become activated on the 3, in the energy of tzi, divine love.
On the 4 day we need to define if it is the right time.
On the 5, to find the right way, where we really want to go.
On the 6, to find the power in equality, where is it really worth to plant my seeds?
On the 7, the mystical power of the jaguar, the guardian of Nature.
The 8 is the day to find the harmony in the creation of our visions of abundance
On the 9,the energy of the innocence of our intent.
To be manifested in wisdom, knowledge on the 10.
The 11 will be a day to find liberation of all our negative thoughts, doubts, to share and cooperate with the community, our families on the 12th day. and ending the cycle, on the 13, transcending into the high consciousness. (A portal day.)
I hope It is all clear for you, as it is beginning to be for me, after following these guidelines, these loving Spirits,
we can have a map to help us navigate through these times of shifts.
Note the little glyphs around each "orb" are the maya hours. On the day 1 you can see how they relate.
Also the light blue lines that cross the orbs are the lines of midnight and midday. And the darker shade is the times
we can see the moon.

My wonderful companion, the crystal skull that came to me
2 years ago
in the Dreamtime.
Since the first ceremony, in San Diego, California,
he was happy to go and
work with the hearts of around 40 people.
He loves to open hearts,
to heal old wounds and to reflect much light and beauty.

In these pictures, taken around the 8 8 8, he is being visited by
amazing orbs, lightbeings that Shannons camera was able to
catch for your amazement. Enjoy,as I do every time I am blessed
with the presence of true light!

Hello my beloved ones
This is actually the first day since I left to my USA tour that I can say I got a free day to dedicate to this blog.
I am very sorry I didn't keep up with the maya calendar, which is my intention to publish today.
I had an amazing tour and my heart is so content. I could see most of my dear ones in California, New Mexico,
Crestone, Boulder, Denver. Thank you so very much to you, Drblue and Chancita, Kalisama, Betsi, Kymberly, Amulya,
Paul Temple, Gina Kisell from the MRS, Kaewyn and Jory, the kannalitos and all the beautiful people that have been
assisting me with all that is needed in this pylgrimage. I can say now, mission accomplished.
The last 10 days I spent in Toronto, with my daughters Cris and Lore, where they also treated me like a queen mother,
filling my heart with so much love and healing. We had great times together, and those memories I will cherish forever.
Cris now will be going to Berlin for her Masters degree and Lore is a wonderful student of chinese medicine.
I am such a proud mom!

I have been asked to explain each one of the days of this cycle, and how to read the chart.

I feel like sharing a bit of my essence:
I see myself as a mystic nomad,
5 years after I left my lovely home at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
One good day my guides told me to leave all behind
and that I should start serving my Mamita (Mother Earth),
assisting her and her children through this amazing SHIFT.
Since 1977, when my spiritual path unfolded,
my beloved guides have been leading me to amazing places
where I have met the most incredible people; teachers, path companions,
beloved beings in all those dimensions that have brought me to this here and now,
when my heart feels full of love, peace and joyful longing of more and more divinity
manifested through me and Nature, and you, of course.

I have traveled many miles on the amazing surface of Mother Earth.
In luxurious and beaten up airplanes, modern and slow trains,
all kinds of cars, trucks and musical tour buses;
synchronistic rides on horseback and chicken buses,
walking with my staff on the mountains and deserts,
in the jungles of Tikal and the ones of cement.
And with the last whisp of gasoline smell in my "shamamovil" (1985 jeep),
alone and with amazing company. And so I go again:

I have made many ceremonial Fires:
my purpose is to create sacred space in all those places
where the tides of my destiny take me.
The plan is to raise energy levels on those spots to allow
the 5th dimentional paradise matrix to grow and expand
and bring about the paradigm of the New Era.
In dreams I travel so much more, but that is another story, a shamanic one.
